A huge THANK-YOU to all our Volunteers who helped out on Borrego Double Century!
Before the ride got started, three Volunteers came out and helped organize behind the scenes, for an entire day. They were:
1) Russell Cammell
2)
3)
Peter Meyer was the spokesperson to Hammer Products, who became our sponsors this year with a variety of Hammer products, including Perpetuem, Heed, Sustained Energy, gel, and power bars!!
Dennis Kokas drove the back up vehicle so that 4 Volunteers could ride it on the Staff Ride, two weeks prior.
Mike Stergil got the route sheet dialed in, and the route downloaded on a link making it easier for those with a garmin.
Nick Lyons is helping out with the artwork for the t-shirt.
Roland Tam is helping out with an inventory project.

Ed Ebright washed the pots from his RS.

After all supplies are inventoried, cleaned and re-organized,my brother Perry lets everything get stored in a big add-on room in the back of his house in Murietta Hot Springs.
Charlie Irwin does the webb site.
Frank Neal enters all the data into the CTC data base.
Kermit Ganier checks the route sheet & prints the route sheets. Since he also runs LAW, Grand Tour DC, he is also a consultant.
Dave Evans double checks the route sheet. Dave, whose ridden 120 doubles, and is almost everyone's "Bicycle Dad", is also a consultant.
There were also some personal sag Volunteers out there. They got thier rider to the Finish Line, for which I am grateful.
All these Volunteers were and are fabulous!
Riders get to the Finish Line because of Volunteers! THANK-YOU to each and every one!!
