Mountain High Cycling General Rules & Policies for Riders and Volunteers:

Registration is defined as  completed the date payment is received by mail, pay  pal, or handed to the Ride Director.  Thus the date
you put your name on the web site does not confirm you have completed registration.  Completed registration requires 1) your
name and required information have been filled out, 2) reg. fee has been paid in full defined by the dates on the web site for early
bird, regular, late, and day of reg. late fees 3)  you have finished the ride within the required time limit. 

Joshua Tree National Park does require riders to:1) wear a reflective vest 2) ride single file 3) no more than 10 riders in a group 4)
be aware of their rules.  You will sign that you read these rules and will abide by them, at Rider Check in, Oasis Inn lobby. You only
need to wear the reflective vest in the Park, not the entire bike ride (though its recommended at night). (Riding Single File is
emphasized.)  The reflective vest, by JTNPark definition needs to be an ANSI class 1 vest (the lowest type of vest). This can be
purchased on line, at Walmart, Harbor Freight, or Target, for about 9. On line is about 5. That said, in the past I've noticed the
Rangers do not check for exactly which type of vest you are wearing. Just stay in line with their rules so we can keep getting our
Permit!

Masks are required in JTNat'l Park buildings only, which would be the porta-potties in the Park, OR, the Visitor's center at the
entrance/exits.

VIRTUAL DOUBLE CENTURY REQUIREMENTS:

don' t need to tell me until the night before, your are riding a double, that you are riding it. You may text me.  Just do NOT text me
your waiver or strava; email it. Thx. 

“The dates for a Virtual JT will be from one week before so 3/06/21 to one week after so 3/20/21.
Virtual JT riders would need to ride 200 miles and 9,449 Feet of Climbing according to the 2019
Route at

Since GPS units vary by 10%, a rider will need to have a Strava report with at least 9,449 – 10% =
9,449 – 944 = 8,505 Feet of Climbing.  However, their goal should be at least 9,449 Feet of
Climbing.”

  Strava reports of the Virtual JT riders don’t show at least 8,505 feet of climbing, there is no need for you to submit the result to the
California Triple Crown for posting.  We will be checking for at least 200 miles and at least 8,505 Feet of Climbing on each Strava
report and will not post JT credit for anyone who doesn’t show the same

 

1) Strava for JTDC, with your name on it, matching the registered name for Virtual credit. plus, your ride start and finish times,
which are not on your strava (or at least most stravas)./ mentioned again, below.

2) your own personal insurance.

3) You need to provide your own food, water, and sag coverage. If you want to use Sag coverage, which I hope you can and do, your
Sag driver needs to have vehicle insurance, driver's license, vehicle registration.
  Everyone needs to abide by Calif. State laws. 

4) Waiver signed, printed and dated and emailed before the bicycle ride starts (mtnhighcycling@gmail.com/ or
howhighwillyouclimb@verizon.net.  Do not send it via phone, or another way.  

. 5) Every rider needs to wear a helmet. that fits.  Mirrors are strongly recommended.  


Two-three lights are strongly recommended for front and 2-3 lights for rear. There are no technical "Rest Stops" aka "Aid Stations"
on Virtual Double Centuries.

6)  NO Zwift/trainer/stationary bikes will be given Mountain High Double Century credit.

7) Minimum mileage is 200 miles (even though the REAL Joshua Tree DC is 193.5 miles)

8) Time limit is 24 hours (total time, not ride time)

9) When you send your strava send it via email and not via phone or another way, to: mtnhighcycling@gmail.com, thank-you.

10) Send with your strava your start time and finish time (which is not on strava)

11) choose the day/date you want to ride and email me anytime, up until the night before your ride.

12) RE: Joshua Tree Double Century, you need to PLEASE follow the California Triple Crown guidelines for Virtual Double
Centuries, so check there, to make sure you are abiding by their guidelines.

If you choose to ride a "Virtual" Double Century, please try to ride with a few friends for safety reasons.    RE: wearing a mask;
masks are not required by Mtn. High Cycling.  I have heard the CDC say that if you are not sick and are not taking care of someone
who is, it is not necessary.  Examine.com reviewed the studies on masks.all kinds. I have read many studies that say cloth and
fabric masks are not beneficial.   Dr. Burke at Hoag hospital, Newport Beach, tested athletes, fitness trainers, on a treadmill using
a mask and not using a mask and the blood oxygen  level went dangerously low when a mask was used during exercise.  The
more oxygen you have, the better your immune system, and the better your performance.  I am not going to be asking you if you
wore a mask.  I don't need to see any pictures of you wearing a mask.  

What supplements raise your immune system to fight viruses?  Vitamin A, C,D3.  Minerals are: selinium, and zinc. Also, liquorish,
curcumin, and bamboo extract.  

RULES FOR ALL RIDERS:

NO REFUNDS. 

TRANSFERS:

There are no transfers if signed up for a Virtual Double Century.

A rider may transfer to another Mtn. High Double Century .  The transfer fee is 50. Transfers are good for one year from the date of
the cancellation,  and must be asked  for before, the date of the original ride.  

Policy for Ride Credit for completing any and all Mountain High Double Centuries are as follows:

Riders must ride the entire course as it is on the the route sheet, and FINISH the ride which includes getting your picture taken at
the Finish line, by the Ride Director or by a Volunteer.  If you do NOT want it on Facebook, please let the Ride Dir. know in person.

Acts of God:

If there are "acts of God" on a Virtual D.C., cancel it yourself, and ride it another day.  Please abide by CTC rules, one week before
or  after the event date.

In the rare occasion there is an "act of God" such as, fires, floods, earthquakes, tornado's, severe storms that are deemed 
"dangerous", such as lightning, hail, snow, severe winds, severe sand storms,  heat defined over 116 degrees,  cold that is
defined 25 degrees or less, volcanic activity, or any condition of nature or traffic that threatens the safety of the rider, or threats of
warfare. The Ride Director has the freedom to use discretion and wisdom, to call off any Mountain High Cycling ride. The riders
have the freedom to choose to continue riding to the Finish line on their own,and, should not expect to be supported by the Staff
who would also be risking their lives to support the riders.  The Staff is to halt supporting the riders choice to continue to ride when
it is dangerous or unsafe.  The riders may choose to take another route to the finish line, but will not be given double century credit
for choosing to do their own ride, off course. Insurance liability only covers the route, on the route sheet.  Liability covers riders who
are on the route that is on the route sheet.  Volunteers are not expected to give support to riders, if it appears unsafe for them to do
so. There are no refunds for cancelled ride due to acts of God.  If the ride is cancelled the day before the ride, the Rider may
transfer to another Double Century by Mountain High Cycling .

 VOL./ Staff/ Worker Ride Credit: 

Please offer gas money to the person who supported your Staff Ride, 20. cash.  Thank-you. 

Good for one year from the Ride Event Date,   IF you do NOT ride the Staff Ride of the Event you volunteered for. Volunteer Ride
Credit expires in one year from the   You may not transfer it to someone else. 

  If a relative volunteers,  that is to be interpreted as, you are related by marriage, or are an extended relative such as a father,
mother, son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter,  the relative may volunteer in exchange for the rider to ride the event, on the event
day, if adhering to the following conditions:  the relative needs to volunteer for a full day which is two Rest  Stops (Aid Stations),
from open to close, or vol. as roving sag for the entire day's event.  This only applies to relatives. The Ride Director reserves the
right to ask for verification of  being a relative. f  volunteering is not at two rest stops or more,  then the Rider is responsible for
paying 70. before starting the ride, in order to.  If a relative volunteer chooses, for whatever reason not to volunteer at two Rest
Stops, the Rider for ride credit, is required to pay 75.

A volunteer cannot volunteer for another person who is not their relative, and receive ride credit, without paying the rider's
registration fee. 

The Ride Director and or  Volunteer co-ordinator, will try to accomodate your choice of volunteering, however, this is not always
possible. Flexibility is expected of all volunteers, and greatly appreciated, as well.

  Volunteers who pull out of volunteering less than seven days before, are not eligible to volunteer again for that specific Double
Century, unless 1) they have a really good reason, such as an injury that prevents them volunteering., or 2) unless they can provide
their own replacement.

Only Volunteers earn CTC Volunteer credit, and it can only be applied to themselves!  It may not transferred or given away. 

 Volunteer Ride Cost: $20.  Please offer it to your sag driver in cash. Lunch, water, food, snacks, and support are provided.

Gas & supply reimbursement  policy: gas up right before starting the Double Century, and right after the double century, then email
both receipts to howhighwillyouclimb@verizon.net with your name, your phone number, and for supplies what they were. Please fill
up your ice containers at the host motel, before you leave for the day, by the way.  You have 10 days from the event day to turn in your
receipts.

Time Limits:
Mountain High Cycling Doubles:  You may start your ride any time after 12 midnight.  Rest Stops have open & close times on your
route sheet.  You need to start early enough to be at the Finish line on or before midnight of the ride event day, or close mentioned
on the web site for that double century.  Volunteers begin roving sag between 4am and after the last riders leave at 5:30am.  There
will be a sign-in sheet at the finish, which you will put in your start and finish times in front of a volunteer or the Ride Director, or
unless otherwise directed.  If there is any question, you may be asked to send in your strava information.  
Allergies & medications:
If you are allergic to anything, please put this info. in your bag, and bring your own medication or supplements to cover yourself.
Prescription medications: please keep whatever you need, with directions, in your personal bag. Asthmatics: please put an extra
inhaler in a drop bag with your name on the medication. This is in case yours drops out of your bike bag, or your leave it at a rest
stop, or whatever. Also, if any of you want to donate an unused inhaler to the emergency sag bag, leave your name off of it.  
Drop Bags:
1.

Please permanently write your name and contact info. on everything you put in to, or plan to put in to your drop bag. which
would include clothing, lights, batteries, spokes, and tires.  If you are on a special diet, please put your food, supplements,
meds in your drop bag and or carry them with you.  Drop bag service is at RS 1, Lunch, RS 6, and for JTDC, RS 7 also.
Drop bags may be picked up Sunday morning at the hotel desk, or at the motel room of the Ride Dir.  The volunteers bring
everything back late Sat. night, so please unless you get back after they have dropped them off at the Finish, they will not
be back yet.  If you you do not pick up your drop bag by 9am Sunday morning, or if your marked belongings were left
behind, found, for any reason, they can be mailed back after the rider has paid the shipping cost via pay pal.  If drop bags
are not picked up, the food, supplements,  over- the- counter and prescription medications found in the drop bag will be
discarded.. No over-the-counter medications will be served at rest stops.  What will be served at Rest Stops are
electrolytes, Hammer Heed, Perpetuem, Tailwind, Scratch, Concentrace Trace Minerals Ionic Minerals, Nature's Sunshine
ionic minerals, liquid Cal-Mag-Zinc at lunch, along with vegan protein and whey protein powders.  This year, 2020, I am
adding Quinton ionic sea Minerals, and Eidon ionic electrolyte liquid minerals for more choices.  Active H2 molecular
hydrogen may also be served on one or two of the Rest Stop tables.

 

2.Please clearly put your name on your drop bag with your rider number, and the # of the rest stop you want it forwarded to.
Bring your own bag if you want; the more distinguishable, the easier for you.  You may bring more than one drop bag, of
course.  There will be brown paper bags at the ride start and at RS 1, Lunch, and RS 6, in case you need a drop bag. 
3.If you take medications, put directions with them, how much, and how often.  If you use an inhaler, it's a good idea to have
one with you at all times, and also one in your drop bag (in case yours was left at a rest stop or fell out of your bike bag,
which has happened.)
4.All bags left at any rest stop will be forwarded to the Finish. Please remember to pick them up.  They can be picked up the
morning after the ride.  Vol's bring them in after their Rest Stop has closed and they drop them off at the Rider FinishCheck
in, in the room.  They are passed on to the Receptionist at the motel for pick up Sunday a.m.  Please read #1 above.
Notes:

If they are mailed back; please offer to pay the mailing charge. If a friend picks up your stuff for you, and gets it back to you,
you may want to think of a way to thank them with more than a "thank-you". If there is a supplement you must have, bring
your own, in case it runs out, or is not available. Again Mountain High Cycling will not be responsible for any medications,
which includes both over the counter, and prescription.

Please be courteous at your motel. Don't clean your bike with their towels.

Don't put oil or gasoline on motel towels. They have rags to supply you, if you need a rag.

Volunteer Ride Policy:
The Volunteers Ride is offered before or after the scheduled Double Century. This ride is known as the Staff Ride, Workers' Ride,
Pre-Ride, or Post-Ride. The Volunteers' Ride is offered to Volunteers helping out with the Double on the day of the scheduled
double, the day or week before, and or the day or week after the double. Volunteers are given the opportunity to also ride the double
for credit, in exchange for volunteering their time to serve the riders who are riding it on the scheduled double century ride day. The
customary service time is usually 2 -3 rest stops, and or roving sag. There are a variety of ways a volunteer can serve. The options
are:
1. Volunteering during the week prior, helping to organize supplies for the rest stops. This involves a day at the staging area,
helping with buying and or placing items according to the rest stop designations
2. Afterwards, for post-organizing and clean up the following morning, and or transferring Rest Stop supplies back to the
staging area.
3. Helping with Rider check-in the night before, or the morning before the ride.

Helping serve the post-ride meal, and or breakfast the following morning, if there is one. Usually riders will dedicate a
minimum of a half day, to a full day, or a full weekend.

 If a person signs up, offers to volunteer, and does not volunteer, then that person does not earn a free double century and
cannot ride the current  Mountain High Double Century for free, or a future Mtn. High Double Century for free.  That is to say,
if for any reason, a person signs up to volunteer, and ends up not volunteering, for any reason, or no reason at all...then
there is NO FREE RIDE, NO FREE MOUNTAIN HIGH DOUBLE CENTURY, which includes JOSHUA TREE DOUBLE
CENTURY, BORREGO DOUBLE CENTURY, OCEANSIDE DOUBLE CENTURY.  This rule applies when a volunteers signs
up/ registers, or if a volunteer said they would sign up but did not sign up, and,or, if a volunteer is given a volunteer
assignment and says they cannot do it for any reason, and or no reason is given.  This also applies to a volunteer who
signs up to volunteer but does not show up to volunteer.   If a Volunteer is available to volunteer but does not get a
volunteer assignment, and they end up not volunteering for any reason or for no reason, they do not get a free double
century.

 

Notes:

 Every volunteer receives a volunteer folder explaining volunteer duties, emergency information, rider emergency contacts,
extra route slips, etc. These are to be returned after the double.  Place them in a bin, if you are at a Rest Stop.

PETS:

If you want to bring your pet, as a courtesy to others, when riders are eating in the room, or there are four or more riders in
the room, have the pet outside.   If you room with your pet, you need to pay for half of your own room.
Volunteers will receive California Triple Crown Volunteer credit.If your spouse volunteers he or she receives volunteer
credit in their name, not in the Rider's name. 

YOU & YOUR SPOUSE VOLUNTEER:

If you and your spouse are volunteering I will do my best to give you your own room, but there may be exceptions where I
will need to add you to a room with two beds and other volunteers.  

You are welcome to pay for your own room.If you say you are going to spend Sat. night at the ride event, and I have a room
reserved for you, if you decided to not take the room for any reason, after it is too late for  me to cancel payment for the
room, you will be charged what I paid for your bed in the room, or for the total amount of the room.

WHAT IF YOU FINISH THE RIDE AFTER THE CUT OFF TIME:

  If you finish the ride past the 12 midnight cut off time, you will not get CTC ride credit, but you will get ride credit for
finishing the ride for Mountain High Cycling.  As stated before you may start anytime after midnight on the ride event day.
  The time limit is 24 hours from the start of midnight on the day of the event.  That is the policy, however, I have been known
to extend grace to riders who come in after the cut off time. I've never DNF'd a rider yet.  If you are more than 45 minutes
late to a Rest Stop, the volunteers have permission to pull riders off the road.  Your volunteers have the freedom to come
on in after midnight if they so choose.  We have a cut off time so your volunteers do not get burned out, out there.  You may
keep on riding, but without support, it is not recommended.  You may exercise your right to ride in the U.S.A. anytime, even
IF you don't get credit for finishing, as you know.

IS PERSONAL SAG SUPPORT ALLOWED?

  No personal support is allowed.  However support to all the riders in the rider's vicinity is allowed.  Personal support must
notify Ride Dir. who they are supporting, and must display a SAG sign in the rear window.  They must register as a
Volunteer, and accept Roving SAG responsibilities which are in the Volunteer folder, given by the Ride Dir. or another
volunteer.  Sag vehicles are NOT ALLOWED to DRIVE CLOSE TO ANY RIDER  or riders, WITH OR WITHOUT their blinking
lights on, close to the rider, i.e. the way RAAM allows it.  This is cause for a DNF of the rider.  The vehicle may drive ahead
and pull over in a safe spot way to the left on the shoulder, with plenty of room for all riders to pass, in a hopscotch
fashion.Personal Sag support is allowed for new-to-double century riders only; those who are riding their first or second
double century, or those who have a severe physical challenge.Insurance: hour ins. coverage on riders and volunteers.

CALIFORNIA STATE LAWS:

  Everyone is required to observe all California State laws.

NO DRAFTING BEHIND VEHICLES ALLOWED.

DRAFTING OTHER RIDERS IS ALLOWED; PLEASE KEEP AT LEAST 4" SPACE BETWEEN THE WHEELS. 

USING AERO BARS IS ALLOWED AT ALL TIMES. NO RIDER HAS THE RIGHT TO TELL ANOTHER RIDER THEY
CANNOT USE AERO BARS, NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE IN THE PACE LINE.  YOU ALREADY KNOW TO KEEP
IT SAFE.

ALL OF YOU ALREADY KNOW TO KEEP IT SAFE.

HELMETS REQUIRED WITH BUCKLED STRAPS BUCKLED.

AT ALL TIMES FROM RIDE START TO RIDE FINISH, UNLESS AT A REST STOP.

 MECHANICALS, PULL OFF THE ROAD WHERE IT IS COMPLETELY SAFE:

If you have a flat tire or other mechanical, you are required to pull your bike completely out of the way of all riders and traffic,
which would usually be to far right of the road shoulder.

BICYCLE PARKING:

There will usually be bike racks for you to park your bike at Rest Stops, but not always.

  Never park or lean your bike up against any vehicle. Never lay down your bike in front of, near, or around any vehicle.  You
are responsible for keeping your bike parked safely away from all vehicles. If any part of your bike gets touched by a
vehicle, you are responsible for the damage.

BIKE LIGHTS:

You are responsible  for using TWO BRIGHT FRONT LIGHTS, & TWO BRIGHT REAR LIGHTS. PLEASE RENEW the
batteries when they go dim.  You could be asked to not finish the ride if your lights are not bright enough or are not working,
OR, you may ask a Vol. if they have one to loan you, at a Rest Stop. If you are going to have problems, it will probably be
with not having enough batteries.  Preferably you have three front lights, and three rear lights.

REAR LIGHTS: Please point them down, out of the Rider's eyes behind you if they are blinking, OR, just make it a straight
red light that does not blink at all.

HELMET LIGHT: STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

REFLECTOR ANKLE BANDS:

You will not be DNF'd for not wearing ankle bands, however, they are highly recommended.

REAR VIEW MIRROR:

You are responsible for wearing and using a rear view mirror, either on your helmet, or on your bike.  You will not be DNF'd
for not having or wearing one, but it is highly recommended.  What's wrong with an extra set of eyes in the back of your
head?  It adds to your common sense.  Do you drive using a mirror?  

WATER BOTTLES:

You  are responsible for having at least two waterbottles, with water/liquids in them on your bike,, OR a Camelbak of 50 oz.
or more.  Camelbaks are encouraged, even IF not full; they  tend to promote hydration much moreon climbs, when its hot,
when its windy, when your're in a paceline.  Ice in them helps in the heat.  There's a new water bottle out that has a long
tube attaced to the handle bars, which does the same thing, making water more convenient and safer to drink from than a
water bottle.  Ask Xenia Bixler (100 + Doubles) about hers.

ROUTE SHEET:

You are responsible for going by the route sheet.  The route sheet is "gospel", not your garmin.

VOLUNTEERS:

Volunteers are responsible for setting up Rest Stops according to the mileage, and designated area, on the route sheet.
Volunteers are responsible for obtaining a route sheet and reviewing it before leaving from home.  Route sheets are sent
to all the volunteers, along with all other information in the volunteer packet, via link sent by the Ride Director.  If you did not
receive the link, please inform the Ride Dir. at least 3 days before the Friday of the Ride Event.

Volunteers will be asked by the riders, at every rest stop "How far is it to the next rest stop?" This is exxplicitly stated on the
route sheet, which is in your volunteer packet, or, if not, please figure it out for them so you can tell them, as they do not
tend to read what's on their route sheet.  (You may as well write it on your forehead, as they WILL ASK, and that's OK.  Even
I do the same thing, when I'm riding doubles, and I bet you have too.)

  Vol. FOLDERS: can be obtained on line, from the Ride Director, from another volunteer, and are in the plastic  "dry goods" 
with the bathroom tissue, knives, etc. in the supplies for your Rest Stop.  In an emergency, if there is no cell phone
coverage, flag down a vehicle & or another rider,  and ask for help.  The Rest Stop should not be changed except with the
permission of the Ride Director, or IF an an "Act of God" or an accident has made the Rest Stop unsafe.

ONLY SET UP REST STOPS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD!

  Only set up Rest Stops on the Right side of the road, not the left.  Only set up Rest Stops to the far right of the shoulder.
Remind the cyclists not to lay their bikes down if front of the tables, or close to the road side.  Bike hangar racks to hang
bikes on will be provided for most Rest Stops.  Often they are forwarded from a previous 

REST STOP Volunteers are responsible for reading the Volunteer Assignments sent out before the event by email.  If you
did not get it, please notify the ride director via: howhighwillyouclimb@verizon.net.

The Ride Director/Organizer/Event Producer reserves the right to decline a rider or volunteer from participating in an event.
This would probably be if there are too many riders, too many volunteers, or if the volunteer has had a previous history of
no call, no show for volunteering or shown disrespect or other type of negative/inappropriate/ disrespectful behavior
towards riders and or volunteers in a past Mtn. High Cycling event. 

EMAILS:  Sometimes yahoo and hotmail emails do got get through using the website email, via bbcnet.com   Riders  &
Volunteers are responsible for reading & understanding all Rules and Policies in the Mountain High Cycling web site.

ALL EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS ARE POSTED IN THE RIDERS ONLY AREA ON THE WEBSITE.

LATE FEES:

CHARGED TO ALL RIDERS AFTER THE THE LATE FEE DATE STARTS.

CASH LATE FEES ARE REQUIRED THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE EVENT, AND SAT. MORNING, DAY OF EVENT.

NO  PAYMENT, NO RIDE CREDIT.

 BICYCLES NOT ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE: 1) bicycles without breaks for both front and rear wheels, 2) electric bikes,
including electric assisted bikes, 3) bikes without saddles, 4) bikes without lights,(front & rear), 5) bikes that have one
wheel, (unicycle), 6) juvenile bikes, & 7) bikes that appear to be unsafe to ride for 200 miles.

WAIVERS:

NO WAIVER SIGNED, NO RIDE CREDIT.   TWO WAIVERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR OCEANSIDE D.C. &  BORREGO D.C.

  The SAN DIEGO waiver requires your initials for each paragraph, and a full SIGNATURE & PRINT at the bottom of their
waiver form.

VOLUNTEERS HAVE AUTHORITY TO STOP AN INJURED RIDER FROM CONTINUING ON: 

If a Rider has has head or spinal injury or possible head or spinal injury, or is bleeding  from the eyes, nose, or ears, or is
complaining of pain, the Volunteers have the authority to make the decision to take the rider's bike & put it in their vehicle,
against the Rider's will and judgment of his or her ability to continue riding. If the rider is beligerent to do so, then please try
to calm the rider down, call the Ride Dir., call 9-1-1 & call the person's emergency number.  There is a list of emergency
facilities and urgent care centers that are emailed to Vol's as well as in the Vol.Folder given to each Vol. & at Rest Stops, in
the dry goods container., labeled Vol.Folder.  Please get pictures if you can, and take notes asap after the incident.

If you have ever had a concussion or head trauma, you may want to consider taking Ginko Biloba or getting hyperbaric
oxygen treatments for a faster and complete recovery.  DMSO is also excellent.  All these have many studies showing it
helps with head trauma, neck & back injuries. Also, curcumin (tumeric), and fish oils.

If you  have ever had any injury and did not get 100% recovery, or you have a knee, back, or other injury that you'd like to
prevent from getting worse, you may want to try stem cell patches. (They are about the size of  quarter, for daily use). Your
body makes its own stem cells which can heal anything, but the older you get, the less you make.
